The BAF, Unlimited Foundation is a public foundation.  That means that it was established to benefit the public at large, not a particular family or business.  The purpose of the foundation is to promote education, scientific research in the fields of medicine and alternative energy, and to help solve other problems in our society such as providing the basic necessities of life to those without them.  It is the mission of the foundation to give people a “helping hand up, not a hand out.” 

            The founders believe that we must first seek to help those in our own communities, before we can help others around the world.  However, this is not a community foundation that is restricted to a specific geographical area.  It is our hope that our work will ripple out from our central location like an earthquake distributes energy from its epicenter, so that we can help more and more people establish security and stability in their daily lives, wherever they might be. 

            If you remember the story of Johnny Appleseed, that is the mission of the foundation. The foundation seeks to plant seeds where they are needed, help them thrive, and then do everything possible to help those apples shine!
